Refund policy

At Valor Athletics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn and unused
• in the same condition that you received it
• with original tags attached
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address for sending your item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:

• the item is defective
• the item is damaged
• you receive the wrong item

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• custom or personalized products
• gift cards
• sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be:

• unworn and unused
• in the same condition you received it
• with tags attached
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
